Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a B.S. in mathematics, biological sciences, computer science or related disciplines. Experience in Unix/Linux systems including HPC environments. Scripting languages: Python or Perl. Statistical packages: R (preferred) or Matlab. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and oral English. Preferred Qualifications: Strong biostatistical foundations (regression, survival analyses, longitudinal data analysis, biomarker development and calibration. Experience with common genomics tools (bwa, samtools, bcftools, bedtools, Genomic Ranges) and file formats (bam, vcf, bigwig, bed, etc.). Experience working with clinical or health-related data. Experience working with RedCap. Familiarity with data standards such as CDISC, SDTM, or ADaM. Expertise in meta-analyses. Experience in version control (Git). Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., BLAST, GATK, Bioconductor, Ensembl). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
