The Integrated Risk Assessment Platform plays a meaningful role in rapidly growing our understanding of genomic health and personalized medicine. We have an opening for a Bioinformatics Scientist who has... expertise modeling the association between disease phenotypes and complex genomic and clinical data. The responsibility will be to design modeling experiments and assess the performance of integrated risk assessment tools that incorporate genetic and non-genetic risk factors to predict the likelihood of complex diseases. What you’ll do: • Generate and test risk models, including polygenic risk, for providing personalized risk assessment tools for complex diseases. • Overcome current GWAS limitations by providing accurate polygenic risk scores for diverse ancestries. • Identify and integrate genotype and phenotype data from both external and internal data sources.
